Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying KodaAI Pro. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no charge, so no refunds apply. You can use it indefinitely without entering payment details.

2. Pro monthly plan - 30-day refund window

If you upgrade to Pro and decide it is not for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. No questions asked.

After the 30-day window, the monthly charge is non-refundable. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period even if you cancel mid-cycle. We do not prorate partial months.

3. Pro annual plan - 30-day refund window

Annual subscribers have a 30-day full refund window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are prorated: you will receive a refund for the remaining complete months on your subscription, minus any applicable processing fees.

4. Exceptional circumstances

If you experience a service outage, a billing error, or another issue caused by us, we will refund or credit you regardless of the window above. Contact us and we will make it right.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@kodaai.dev with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

We would rather resolve issues directly than through a chargeback dispute. If you have a concern, please email us first. We respond quickly and will make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension during the dispute process.

7. Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Existing subscribers are governed by the policy in effect at the time of their purchase.
